In June 2025, Orkney Group brought Miro Homes & Subdivision under the Orkney umbrella as Miro Homes. Bringing Miro’s affordable range of homes into Orkney’s existing portfolio has expanded what we can offer across the Wellington region. While Orkney has had over 20 years of experience building standard timber-framed homes across Wellington, along with its high-performing Green Abode range, the addition of Miro Homes allows us to deliver dedicated, entry-level options for first-home buyers, developers, and investment property projects.

 

At the same time, Miro clients now benefit from Orkney’s wider services — roofing, maintenance, and painting — creating a complete, end-to-end experience from house plans through to handover and ongoing care.
