Our recent Linden Community Centre renovation is a great example of what can be achieved when experience, teamwork, and attention to detail come together. This project brought together our construction, roofing, and painting teams — and the results speak for themselves.

A Fresh New Look and Better Flow

This Wellington renovation started with a simple goal: make the community centre more welcoming and practical. We extended one side of the building toward the front to create a larger reception office and reconfigured the layout for better flow. The main entrance was shifted to the side, opening up a bright new foyer area and a comfortable hang-out zone where visitors can meet, relax, or wait for events. An electric security door was installed, making the entrance more secure but also modern.

Modern, Comfortable, and Community-Focused

To make the new space even more inviting, we added a kitchenette so guests can easily make tea or coffee during gatherings. We also recarpeted and repainted the entire area, giving it a fresh, modern feel. These thoughtful touches help make the centre a brighter, friendlier place for everyone.

A Kitchen Built to Perform

The kitchen also received a makeover. We removed the old cabinetry and installed new units, a commercial stainless-steel benchtop, and a double oven. To fit the larger range, we removed a window and reworked the layout to make the space more functional. The result is a kitchen that looks great and can handle busy community events with ease.
